keepintracks collects only the information you provide directly: your email address when you create an account, and the personal data you enter into the app (tasks, journal entries, fitness logs, financial records, etc.). We do not collect browsing data, sell your data, or share it with third parties.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used solely to provide the keepintracks service to you. This includes authenticating your account, storing and retrieving your personal records, and displaying them back to you. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a hosted database platform. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your account is protected by row-level security — only you can access your own records.

4. Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. To do so, contact us or delete your entries directly through the app. We will remove your data within a reasonable timeframe upon request.

5. Cookies & local storage

keepintracks uses browser local storage to persist your theme and language preferences. Authentication sessions are managed via secure cookies. We do not use any third-party tracking cookies.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
